Module for periodical internal notifications about the current status of open and resolved cases

Every first day of the week and every first day of the month VOPI-statmail prepares a weekly or monthly report on the number of currently open cases and on the number of resolved cases in the past week or month. The report is created according to classification codes and employees. Data are shown in the form of tables and diagrams and sent via e-mail.

The quantity of data in the report depends on the authorizations of the recipient. The municipal administration director receives reports for all offices, the head of the office receives reports only for employees in his/her office, and office clerks receive reports only for their cases.
