3OIS – Information Systems for Public Administration
We develop software for public administration, to support the back-office processes and e-business with citizens.
With the acronym 3OIS we define a group of computer applications and web services which we adjust, where necessary, according to the needs and work organization in a municipal administration and modularly integrate them in a interconnected municipal information system, where all products use a common database.
Municipal information system applications in the 3OIS group constitute a modularly integrated whole and together cover the following fields:
- Procedure management – document management system supporting office management procedures,
- Specific applications – specific procedures and support to mass data elaboration in individual fields of work of municipal administration, including GIS applications in the field of spatial planning in a municipality,
- E-services for citizens – electronic services for citizens and supporting electronic services for public administration officials,
- Common database – common data infrastructure for all 3OIS and GIS applications.
The next step in the development of local self-government systems is to support the emerging smart cities and communities.
That is why, in recent years, we are also focusing on the Internet of Things (IoT) and investing heavily in the development of tools and dedicated smart IoT platform (SMIP) to support smart city and community services.
