Outgoing mail management
The application is intended for uniform recording of outgoing mail. With uniform management an overview of all sent mail and additional preparation functions before delivering mail is ensured.
VIP supports various steps when sending mail – work of an office clerk, work in the administration office and work in the main office or despatch office when physically dispatching outgoing mail.
Outgoing mail, which is generated in the VOPI office management system, is automatically recorded in the VIP system during delivery preparation. The delivery receipt/delivery form date is automatically recorded in the outgoing document record which is located in the VOPI system record file.
